Tell us what you need by filling out the form on our booking page. This step gets our attention and gives us an idea of what you want.
2. pre-Consultation
Once you have placed an inquiry, the next step is a consultation. Not every inquiry will require this, but this comes in handy when there are certain specifics that need to be communicated. This also allows the client to let us know what the overall vision is, and for us to communicate pricing and logistics for the vision.
3. Booking + Invoicing
As soon as the client knows that Stride Creative is the right fit, we get straight to putting the client down in the production calendar and sending out invoices so that the dates can be secured through a deposit.
4. Official Consultation (if needed)
The official consultation is about an hour and allows Stride and the client the opportunity to thoroughly go over expectations, mood boards, locations, inspiration, and get a clear plan in place for the shoot.
Between 3 weeks to 7 days till the shoot, Stride will check in to see if there are any last-minute changes or needs. This will allow an opportunity for any additional expectations to be communicated and make sure that nothing is left out of the client’s needs.
5. final details
Time to SHOOOOT! It’s finally the day. At Stride, we conduct ourselves professionally. We tend to arrive at events 30-15 minutes prior to the booking time. We would like it if every client respects the time that has been booked. Other than that, we are all about making you feel comfortable, relaxed, and well assured that everything is under control, and did we forget to mention having fun?
6. shoot shoot shoot
We know that everyone wants to see the final results like yesterday (lol), but this is where the Stride magic is. Stride will always communicate with the client a possible timeline of when they will receive their final images/videos. For certain packages, it may require the client to approve images/edits, and Stride will communicate that if this is the case. Please note that if the remaining balance for the client’s shoot hasn’t been paid fully, they may not receive their material till fully paid off.
7. Editing/Client Updates
When Stride is done with your vision, we will let you know ASAP. We usually deliver all items through Wetransfer or Pixieset. If there are any changes that are needed, note that with some packages this may require an extra fee. Lastly, we always want to get better, so expect a survey with every delivery, and please do feel it out with love!
